Important note: If paying by credit card, there is a shipping cost of $4 per journal purchased in the US and $10 per journal internationally. As previously advertised however, we will ship three or four journals for a shipping cost of two journals. To get this reduced multiple journal shipping rate, those orders must be paid by check in US dollars to a US bank, and accompanied by this order form.
